the location was amazing, just a few minutes walk from the main cathedral. the room was cozy and very big!!!
i had a room with a double bed, but it was just two single beds put next to each other. i woke up in the middle of the night on several occasions because i fell between the beds.

check-in was smooth and andrés was cute. the hotel is a short walk to main attractions like the cathedral and shopping areas.
The pool lacked towels and visible staff. Cleaning seemed necessary.

The reception staff offered very helpful assistance with luggage. The front desk personnel facilitated taxi service right to the hotel entrance. This service was particularly appreciated on narrow streets. The room provided was very spacious. It was very clean.
